Amazon today posted an SEC filing that revealed former Palm CEO and now HP executive Jon Rubinstein had joined Amazon's board of directors. The Senior VP had been elected as of Thursday. As part of the deal, he would also get 5,000 share options in Amazon that would vest in the first, second and third years of his time on the board.
