Apple executives are flying into the UK this week in order to negotiate carrier deals for the iPad, according to The Times. Although the iPad is set to ship in the region as soon as late April, Apple has yet to solidify who will sell SIM cards for 3G versions of the tablet, or how much data plans will cost. Times sources claim that some preliminary talks with UK carriers have already taken place.
