New App Store 'Explicit' category: For stuff too hardcore for 17 year olds

Apple appears to be addressing the "skin apps" controversy by adding another category to the lineup.  The category is not yet in the App Store but it is likely a way to keep some of those racy apps in the store without causing parents and (17 year old) kids significant damage by seeing skin. Apple currently has a 17+ year old category for apps that contain curse words.  Like dictionaries.
