Apple and Microsoft sued for patent violations

The  Emblaze company announced in an official statement to have contacted Microsoft and Apple who have violated one of its patents. This patent describes something they call "The Emblaze's Live Streaming technology". It allows users to send live or pre-recorded audio and video to other devices. To speak only of Apple, they would violate this patent in Snow Leopard, and with the iPod touch, the iPhone and of course the future iPad. On March 15 it will be known if Apple and Microsoft agreed to pay royalties to Emblaze or if they will prefer to go to court. We wonder how many lawyers work now full-time for Apple. Their number increased these last years considerably.
