Japanese carrier NTT DoCoMo may sell unlocked micro SIM cards for use with the iPad, according to sources in the country. A 3G-ready version of the tablet is expected to ship to Japan in June, several months after the March launch of a Wi-Fi-only model. In countries like the US and the UK, the 3G version is due in April.
