From the Toys section: Insten's Folding stereo speakers for iPods and other MP3 players is now $1.64+$2.98 for shipping.  That's the lowest total price we could find by $5. It features two 1-watt speakers and a 3.5mm audio jack. It can be powered via the included USB cable, 6-volt power adapter (not included), or four AAA batteries (not included).  Although it gets four stars from customers at Amazon, you aren't going to get a premium sound system for under $5, so buyer beware.
