Motorola sue RIM for patent violations

Definitely, it becomes increasingly complicated to market mobile phones. After the battle of patents that Apple and Nokia started, and that of Kodak who are sueing Apple and RIM, it is now the turn of Motorola to demand that Blackberry is prohibited from sale in the United States. Among the supposed patents being violated one finds things like the management of Wi-Fi connections on a mobile, the management of energy, the manner of managing the applications…  We note that once more it is a company that has lost speed that attacks another quickly growing company. In all the cases, in the end, it seems that the software patents produce much more opposition to progress that innovation.
