Apple CEO Steve Jobs' original ('bloodcurdling') name for the iMac revealed

Steve Jobs is indeed a tech industry visionary with the capacity to create success, and the ability to turn an ailing company around, but not everything he does is laden with his Disney pixie magic, at least if fresh info detailing his originally championed name for the iMac is to be believed. Last November Ken Segall was revealed as the man who came up with the iMac name while at TBWA\Chiat\Day. He was shown the Mac which became the iMac well before launch of the product (duh, he had to write the ads). As reported then, “Jobs said he was betting the company on the machine and so it needed a great name. He suggested one at the meeting, Segall says, but it was terrible. It would “curdle your blood.” Segall declined to say what Jobs wanted to call it.” Segall refused to tell us what that
