Apple pre-orders cause 10.1-inch OLED, LED display shortage, report

With tablets of all kinds shimmering onto the debutante’s ball room that was CES last week, it seems a lot of manufacturers have been asking where have all the 10-inch LCD and OLED screens have gone - and TG Daily tells us Apple grabbed them all. Yes, it seems that despite not currently offering a 10-inch screen configuration in any of its presently shipping devices, Apple has “snapped up all available supply of 10.1-inch multi-touch display LCD and OLED screens”.
