Toshiba Unveils New SSD: 256 GB in a MacBook Air

Toshiba unveils new SSD models: those new products are manufactured from NAND Flash chips engraved at 32 nm. Capacities depend on size of SSD: from 64 to 512 GB for 9.5 mm 2.5" model from 64 to 256 GB for 7 mm 2.5" model. This size seems to be the new standard format, as Intel chose it too for its X25 V2. from 64 to 256GB for 5 mm 2.5" model. Size compatible for MacBook Air GF 9400M.
