Beta: Postbox 1.1 Beta 3

The Mozilla-based email, RSS, and newsgroup program adds support for a new version of Lightning, a fix for an issue with duplicate special folders in Gmail accounts, a fix for an issue with "Allow remote content for sender" on Mac OS X, automatic focus on the message body when opening a message in a new tab, and other changes.
