iPhone to go on sale at UK's biggest supermarket chain, Tesco

Looks like there’s going to be a new breed of Apple down local UK supermarkets, with news giant UK retailer Tesco plans to begin offering the device in its larger shops.Meanwhile, Orange has applied significant discounts on iPhones it is selling - though only in Slovakia, where the Dream plan starting at a monthly fee of €38, customers can get the iPhone for 99, which is €220 cheaper than normal. With a 3G programme, customers can save up to €100 when buying an iPhone. The Tesco deal has been enabled by a deal between the supermarket giant and original UK iPhone carrier, O2. The device should hit stores by Christmas, though Tesco isn’t saying when, or how much it will charge for the device. More information on
