Toys: VMWare Fusion 3 for $27?

From the Toys section: Amazon is offering VMWare Fusion 2 for $27 for the next few hours.  However, if you purchase VMWare 2 between now and Otober 31st, you are eligible for a free download-able upgrade to VMWare 3 as soon as it becomes available (using this PDF).
