The Mac mini has now been refreshed, and without being a super competitive entry level model, it offers quite some power for the price. Apple agrees that the Mac mini can be used as a perfect home server and released a dedicated model bundles with Mac OS X Server and 2 internal HD. High performance for a low cost and a very low power consumption.
