More Information on Forthcoming Final Cut Studio 3.0

  Following the first rumors we published related to the future suite of Final Cut Studio, we have received additional information. AS we already reported it, the suite is being entirely re-written and its interface will be deeply modified. First, all applications forming the suite will not be indepedent as currently, be integrated inside a single super-application. The main interface will be using the concept of rooms, where each room represents a step in the post-production workflow associated to each application - similar to the Logic Interface. Several additional changes have been made on hte interface, especially for the Viewer and the Timeline. One will be able to export project in DVD, 2K, 4K and of course Blu-ray. The entire suite will be written in 64-bits, a must have to improve performance. FCS 3.0 will require at least 4 GB of RAM in addition
