Wi-Fi Direct will arrive in 2010

   The Wi-Fi Aliance announced that it would start at the beginning of 2010 certification for an evolution of the Wi-Fi standard. This time it does not act to extend the range or the increase the data flow, but to re-examine and simplify connection between the various devices.  Currently, there are two ways to be connected: A connection in Infrastructure mode via a Wi-Fi base station that will route the data between the various peripherals.
