Slow speed of Samsung 32nm memory; It is the fault of the SSD controllers

Following an announcement of a problem with the speed of the Samsung 32nm memory making them unsuitable for use in SSD disks,  Daylitech received an official answer. They announce that their new class of memory 3xnm can not be used with the current SSD disk controllers, particularly those of lower quality. The explanation given for the slowness is that as this memory is engraved more finely it makes it more difficult for the electrons to pass through the gates, and this causes errors normally corrected by ECC (Error Correcting Code) management of the controllers. If this ECC management is not sufficiently powerful, it becomes overloaded and the performance collapses. Samsung is about to release a new controller able
