Logitech bows track-anywhere laser mice

Logitech on Wednesday answered Microsoft's BlueTrack with two mice using its own technology to work on any available surface. The Performance Mouse MX and Anywhere Mouse MX both use a laser variant nicknamed Darkfield that uses microscopy to follow dust or very fine imperfections in the surface and can track on glass, granite or other areas where a broader look wouldn't generate enough data.
