Rumors indicate that Snow Leopard would be released way before Windows 7. Developers have received a new version, tagged 10A432 which could be the Gold Master. Screen captures and a video published on the brazilian Mac websites MacMagazine provide hints to the last cosmetic changes added to the new version, especially in the installation procedure. When re-installing the system, Mac OS X will automatically save your previous system as well as the users profiles. Last but not least, Rosetta and QuickTime 7 will be installed in option!
