Apple Knowledge Base article provides unclear directions for Java fix

According to a recent Apple Knowledge Base article, removing the JavaPluginCocoa.bundle file from a user's Internet Plug-ins folder is a recommended fix when certain programs crash after installing the Java 4 update. However, the file that resides in that folder is an alias to the original file, located in the root Library, Internet Plug-ins folder. The question arose, "which one do we delete?"
