Psystar bails on bankruptcy, promises to 'battle Goliath'

Psystar wants to dismiss its bankruptcy case, as it unable to reach a payment agreement with its law firm. But the clone maker also vowed to "battle Goliath" -- a reference to its ongoing legal tussle with Apple.
