Final Cut Pro 3 to allow realtime editing of 1080P H.264 video?

We know you Final Cut Pro Jockies have been itching for some more information about Final Cut Pro 3.  Beyond FCP 3's existance, we are now hearing that you'll be able to edit full 1080P HD video in realtime.  No more rendering.
