The tool set for measuring, aligning, and inspecting onscreen graphics and layouts adds a global hot key to copy the color under the Loupe to the clipboard, a Dimensions tool preference to display aspect ratios, a hot key to create guides from Dimensions measurements, support for F17 to F19 as hot keys, and other changes.
