Smart Scroll 3.0 broadens software support

Marc Moini has launched Smart Scroll 3.0, an update to the scrolling utility that adds Mac OS X 10.5.7 and Safari 4 support. It also adds a new Hover Scroll feature for Cocoa applications, a "lift fingers to coast" trackpad option for Super Scroll, and new trigger options in Grab Scrolling.
