We just caught our first glimpse of the SmartQ 7 Internet Tablet a few days ago, and now it's already showing up out and about on display. A few more of the tablet's specs have emerged since our initial gander, including the fact that it'll house a 66tMHz Samsung ARM S3C6410 CPU, 128MB of RAM, and 1GB of flash memory. Apparently, a limited number of these bad boys will be available in China in the next two months, and it's expected to run CNY1,289 (about $190). [Via
