Amazon will sell eBook to the iPhone

The LexCycle company that offers the software for reading eBooks on iPhone and iPod Touch annouced that they have been purchased by Amazon.  This confirms Amazon's intention to become a giant in the electronic distribution of books and does not let Apple hope to take the initiative by proposing this type of solution via iTunes. Already Amazon made a strong impression with its Kindle that has been a very big hit.
