iPhone apps: Memento Xmas, Dinner Spinner, PhotoMatch

Memento Xmas (free) creates and sends Christmas cards right from an iPhone or iPod touch. Users pick one of the built-in templates, add a picture and their own greeting words, and then mail the card off. Four different styles are available, tested for compatibility with Mail, Thunderbird, Yahoo! Mail, Gmail and MobileMe.
