Epson develops high-resolution 4-inch LTPS LCD

Epson Imaging Devices on Tuesday announced it has developed a high-resolution low-temperature polycrystalline silicon (LTPS) TFT LCD for use in its next-generation P-6000 and P-7000 photo viewers.
