Microsoft's Silverlight draws patent suit

Gotuit Media has sued Microsoft, claiming that Silverlight violates its video indexing patents. Video software developer Gotuit Media has sued Microsoft, claiming that its Silverlight multimedia software infringes several of the company's patents.
