Apple orders 50 million iPhone 3Gs

According to reports, Apple has doubled the amount of memory it is ordering from Samsung Electronics Apple has just ordered a huge batch of 8GB NAND Flash chips from Samsung Electronics, which may not be able to meet supplies of Flash memory to other companies as a result.
