WWDC: Apple slashes prices for 3G iPhone, shipping in July

In his WWDC Keynote address Monday, Apple CEO Steve Jobs announced the news everyone had been anticipating—the July release of the 3G-equipped iPhone. He also made an announcement fewer were expecting—a major price cut to the device.
