Apple Store UK Does not Collect 'Processing Fee' Anymore

Following this information, we have been looking at the corresponding terms in Apple France, as French distance selling regulations are known for protecting primarily the customer. This was also mostly transposed into the EU customer protection regulations. Apple France seems to offer even more than what is required by the law: customer can return a good within 14 days following his purchasing, while the law requires only 7.
