32Gb iPod touch $494 with free shuffle ($49 value)

Amazon is offering the 32Gb iPod Touch for less than the Apple Store AND throwing in a free iPod shuffle ($49 value).  Does this mean iPod price cuts are coming?  Before you answer  Amazon also offers an 8Gb iPod Nano for $174  - or $149 refurbished -  the retail price of a 4Gb Nano.  Just saying
