Sony's upcoming DSC-S780 camera sneaks through the FCC

Filed under: Digital Cameras We're a little curious as to why the FCC is so darn interested in a what appears to be a completely traditional camera -- none of the tests look to involve a wireless radio in the camera, just general interference when the camera is plugged in or sitting around. Unfortunately, while the FCC has plenty to say about its never-a-dull-moment testing procedures, the only information on the camera it has on offer is the model number: DSC-S780.
