Apple says Foxconn uses too many temporary iPhone workers

Chinese law limits the use of temporary staff to 10% of the workforce, but at times Foxconn has had up to 50%. Apple has not commented on whether Foxconn broke labor laws, but says it has investigated and is working to resolve the situation.
