Google Maps beta adds iOS 12 CarPlay support, here’s what it looks like

Earlier today, we reported that Waze has started beta testing CarPlay integration. Now, someone has posted screenshots of the Google Maps app in beta, which features CarPlay integration (a new feature available in iOS 12). iOS 12 third-party navigation apps use a base layer that is rendered by the app, overlaid with standard CarPlay controls.
