Apple announces iPhone 5c, replacing the iPhone 5, at $99 for 16 GB on a 2-year contract. Priced $100 higher, the new iPhone 5s features a more advanced camera, high-performance processors and fingerprint-sensing security. An 8GB iPhone 4s is $100 cheaper than the iPhone 5c ($450 unlocked).
