Apple has begun seeding a fifth beta of iOS 7 to developers, along with a matching Apple TV preview. The update comes just a little over a week since the last one, but makes a few significant changes. Users can now pull down a notification banner, for instance, or disable Control Center when an app is running. With the latter option on, Control Center still works from the homescreen.
