Jake Pietrykowski's free font cache remover drops support for Mac OS X 10.5 and PowerPC Macs and adds support for OS X 10.9, deletion of additional Microsoft Office caches, a Silent Mode option ("single-click nuke+reboot"), and some interface tweaks.
