Tapbots' Twitter client gets an update to use Twitter API 1.1 (required by March 5), interface updates, thumbnail support for Vine and Flickr, support for adding .mp4 video to tweets, a fix for uploading animated GIFs, reordering of accounts in preferences, per-user tweet notifications, new options for the menu bar and Dock icons, and other changes.
