AT&T has reportedly attempted to engage a lone subscriber, Matthew Spaccarelli, in hushed settlement talks, after the man was awarded damages in small claims court. A law firm representing the carrier is said to have sent the iPhone user a letter that threatens to terminate the subscriber's phone service if he fails to engage in settlement negotiations.
