Aquafadas has announced that the forthcoming AVE AppFactory 1.1 release is compatible with iOS 5. The updated software, which can help publishers convert their content into a digital format, will offer full support for the iTunes Newsstand. From within AppFactory, users will be able to select a Newsstand enabled template, configure the app for notification and subscriptions, and submit the app to Apple for review.
