Samsung at last responded to Apple's wins in Australia by submitting cross claims of its own. The allegations maintain that Apple is violating seven patents for wireless technology through the iPad and iPhone. The Federal Court movement also hopes to completely overturn Apple's gains and invalidate its patents, including those that led to a preliminary ban on the Galaxy Tab 10.1.
