iOS developer Ngmoco has bought out a San Francisco-based firm, Lionside, reports say. The latter is best known for making Facebook sports games, including NBA Legend, which at one point is said to have had as many as a million players a month. The cost of the acquisition is unknown, but Ngmoco is more likely to take Lionside's properties and convert them into iPhone and iPad games, rather than build new Facebook titles.
