iTunes 10.4.1 fixes issues with artwork, responsiveness

Apple has posted iTunes 10.4.1, a fresh update of the company's media jukebox software. The release is a relatively minor one, concentrating exclusively on bugfixes. It copes for instance with the software becoming unresponsive after buying an HD movie, or taking longer to launch than it should after waking a Mac.
