MacinMind's Passenger server utility updated to v4

Server workflow and mass-account management tool Passenger 4 is now available, developer MacinMind has announced. The update features a reworked main interface that consolidates most of the modules into a single, streamlined window, and features two new tools for server administrators: a file distributor, and a home folder archiver. The update also improves the popular Permissions tool to make customizing and access easier.
