Chris Paveglio's tool for creating PDF output from InDesign adds the ability to handle packaged files, output of a second version of the PDFs using a different setting, output of the document as one PDF (instead of a PDF for each page), an option to output a JPG or EPS file of each page, updating of image links, and separation of files into folders based on type.
