iCloud resurrects apps deleted from App Store

Apple's iCloud platform is allowing people to redownload apps that have technically disappeared from the App Store, experiments show. A given example is Tris, a Tetris clone pulled from the store almost three years ago. The title and download option should now appear in a person's Purchased list, assuming the app was downloaded before sales were halted.
