Microsoft starts TV ads to spur reluctant PC upgraders

Microsoft is due to start a new TV ad campaign Monday night in a bid to counter declining Windows PC sales. Rather than target Apple, the first new ad (below) and subsequent spots will tackle real couples holding on to existing PCs because they were "good enough." The ads hope to convince both the couples and viewers that they've been missing out on new hardware and software that would come with a new PC.
