Apple soliciting Mac users for 'Customer Pulse'

Apple has posted a new web page marking a soon-to-open new customer-feedback portal called "Apple Customer Pulse," and has begun sending out e-mail invitations for users to join, reports MacRumors. The e-mail invitation asks customers to sign up and participate in a short survey about the Apple products the customer owns. Apple mentions that responses are kept confidential and results are only viewed in aggregate.
